Felipe Brugués is an Assistant Professor at the Business School of the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). His research focuses on applying industrial organization frameworks to development economics, addressing issues such as imperfect contracting in supply chains, market power in financial intermediation, and the inefficiency effects of political connections. Felipe holds a PhD in Economics from Brown University and previously served as a postdoctoral researcher at Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
