Julie Bousquet holds a PhD in Economics from KU Leuven and a master's in Public Policy and Development from the Toulouse School of Economics. Her research explores pathways to building social cohesion in conflict and displacement settings. With her experience across major international organizations—including the OECD, European Commission Joint Research Center, the World Bank, UNDP, and UNHCR—she combines academic insight with practical expertise to drive the durable solutions agenda and advance development approaches in refugee response.
