Laura Boudreau

Laura Boudreau is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Columbia Business School. Her research focuses on organizational, labor, and development economics. Laura studies how global supply chains and local institutions shape firms’ and workers’ outcomes, as well as the effect of labor market institutions on economic development. Laura received her Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley. Laura is a Research Affiliate of BREAD, CEPR, and J-PAL and an International Growth Centre (IGC) lead academic for Bangladesh.
