Mark S. Manger is Professor of Political Economy at the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy and the Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto where he co-directs (with Jonathan Ostry) the Global Economic Policy Lab (GEPL). His research focuses on sovereign debt, fiscal policy, and the political economy of macroeconomic policy in emerging economies. Prior to joining the University of Toronto, he held faculty positions at McGill University and the London School of Economics. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of British Columbia.
