Niccolò Rescia is an economist at Global Sovereign Advisory (GSA). His works focuses on macro-fiscal policy, climate finance, and domestic debt markets in frontier economies. At GSA, he has worked on debt swaps, financial sector restructuring operations, and he served as an economic advisor to several countries in the SSA and MENA regions. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics at the Aix-Marseille School of Economics.
