Ellen McCullough is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at the University of Georgia. She holds a PhD in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. Her research addresses the relationship between agricultural growth and well-being in sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on structural transformation and labor supply, consumer nutrition, and agricultural risk. Before receiving her PhD, Ellen worked with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations.
