In India, the main issue that people are facing is not a deficit of calories but it is a deficit in nutrients. How can this be changed?

Iron and other micronutrient deficiency is a major public health problem in India. The technology exists to provide these micronutrients but people do not want to change their eating habits even if they are provided iron fortified food for free.
